Effective Date: August 12, 2026
This Software Purchase and Sales Policy explains the terms under which software products, licenses, support services, and related solutions may be purchased from Yekrina Softwares, including and other tourism and business software platforms.
By purchasing a product or service from Yekrina Softwares, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy and agree to its terms. This policy should be read in conjunction with the applicable End User License Agreement (EULA), Terms and Conditions, and Refund Policy.
Yekrina Softwares offers software products and packages designed for tourism, safari, accommodation, travel, and related businesses.
The primary packages include:
Each package includes specific features, domain limits, support periods, and licensing terms as described in the product documentation and purchase agreement.
Software products may be purchased directly from Yekrina Softwares through the official website, authorized partners, or direct sales channels.
A purchase is confirmed when payment has been successfully processed and the customer receives an order confirmation or invoice from Yekrina Softwares.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, package features, licensing terms, domain limitations, support period, and applicable purchase terms before completing payment.
Customers purchase a perpetual license to use the software according to the package, domain limits, features, and licensing terms applicable to their purchase.
The license does not transfer ownership of the underlying software, source code, architecture, proprietary modules, trademarks, or other intellectual property of Yekrina Softwares unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Customers may use the software for their internal business operations, including tourism, safari, accommodation, and travel management, as defined in the applicable EULA.
Each software license is valid for the number of domains specified in the purchased package:
Installing or using the software on more domains than licensed violates this policy and the applicable EULA.
Software products are delivered electronically. Upon successful purchase, customers will receive access to the software package, installation files, documentation, and license credentials.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, package, and whether installation services are included.
Selected packages include professional installation services as specified in the product description.
Customers who choose self-installation are responsible for meeting the system requirements and following the installation documentation.
Support, maintenance, and software updates are provided according to the purchased package:
After the support period ends, the software continues to function permanently. Customers may optionally renew support and updates at competitive rates.
Access to the source code of the software is not included with standard licenses unless expressly stated in the applicable purchase agreement or license terms.
Enterprise clients may request source code access under a separate Source Code Transfer Agreement. Such agreements are subject to additional terms, fees, and legal conditions.
All content created using the software — including tours, images, client data, branding, and custom configurations — remains the exclusive property of the customer.
Yekrina Softwares claims no ownership over customer business data or content. Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of their data in accordance with their business requirements.
The software may integrate with third-party services, including payment gateways, communication APIs, and other external platforms.
Yekrina Softwares is not responsible for the availability, security, performance, or policies of third-party services. Customers should review the terms of any third-party services they choose to use.
Yekrina Softwares offers custom development services for Enterprise clients and selected projects.
Custom development work is subject to separate agreements, timelines, costs, and deliverables. Customers should ensure that all requirements are clearly documented before development begins.
Payment terms for custom development may differ from standard product purchases.
Payments for software products and services are due as specified in the purchase agreement or invoice.
Prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees that may apply to their purchase.
Payment methods may include bank transfer, credit card, mobile money, or other methods as offered by Yekrina Softwares.
Yekrina Softwares may update, improve, modify, or discontinue products or packages at its discretion.
Customers with existing perpetual licenses will continue to have access to the version they purchased in accordance with the applicable EULA.
Product changes do not affect existing customers' licensed rights unless expressly stated in the applicable agreement.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Customers should review that policy before making a purchase. Some purchases, including activated software licenses and completed services, may be non-refundable.
Customers are required to comply with all licensing terms, restrictions, and usage limits described in the product documentation and applicable EULA.
Non-compliance, including exceeding domain limits, unauthorized distribution, or use beyond the scope of the license, may result in suspension or termination of the license.
Enterprise clients may have additional terms and conditions defined in their specific enterprise agreements.
These agreements may include custom features, dedicated support, source code access, white-labeling, and other enterprise-specific provisions.
In case of conflict between this policy and an enterprise agreement, the enterprise agreement takes precedence.
