Effective Date: August 12, 2026
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and related payment adjustments may be requested for products and services provided by Yekrina Softwares, including and related software licenses, support services, maintenance plans, updates, custom development, and other digital services.
By purchasing a product or service from Yekrina Softwares, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy and agree to its terms.
Software products and digital licenses provided by Yekrina Softwares are delivered electronically. Because digital software may be activated, installed, configured, or made available immediately after purchase, refunds are generally subject to the conditions described in this policy.
A customer should review the product description, package features, licensing terms, domain limitations, support period, and applicable purchase terms before completing payment.
A refund may be considered where a customer has a legitimate issue with the purchased product or service that Yekrina Softwares is unable to reasonably resolve.
Depending on the circumstances, eligible situations may include:
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, the following may be non refundable:
Where a customer purchases a perpetual software license, the purchase grants the customer the license rights described in the applicable EULA and purchase agreement.
Because perpetual licenses provide long term software usage rights and may involve installation, configuration, activation, or delivery of digital resources, such purchases may become non refundable once the license has been activated or the delivery process has substantially commenced.
Support, maintenance, and update periods are determined by the customer's purchased package or applicable service agreement.
Once a support or maintenance period has commenced, fees for the period may be non refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Where a customer chooses not to renew a support or maintenance plan, the customer's underlying perpetual software license remains subject to the terms of the applicable EULA, unless otherwise specified in the purchase agreement.
Customers may request cancellation of an order or service by contacting Yekrina Softwares using the contact information provided below.
Cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund. Yekrina Softwares will review the request based on the product purchased, delivery status, work already performed, applicable agreements, and this policy.
Where a product or service is provided on a recurring subscription or renewal basis, customers may cancel future renewals according to the terms of the applicable subscription or service agreement.
Cancellation of a renewal generally prevents future charges but does not automatically create a refund for a period that has already commenced or services that have already been provided.
If a customer accidentally makes multiple payments for the same product or service, the customer should contact Yekrina Softwares as soon as possible.
After verification, confirmed duplicate payments may be refunded using the original payment method where technically and legally possible.
To request a refund, customers should provide sufficient information for Yekrina Softwares to identify and review the transaction.
A refund request should normally include:
Each refund request may be reviewed individually. Yekrina Softwares may request additional information where necessary to verify the transaction and determine whether the request qualifies under this policy.
Approval of one refund request does not create an obligation to approve future requests involving different circumstances.
Approved refunds will normally be returned using the original payment method where possible.
The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, mobile money provider, or other financial institution involved in the transaction.
Where a payment provider deducts non refundable transaction fees, such fees may be excluded from the refunded amount where permitted by applicable law and the applicable payment terms.
Customers are encouraged to contact Yekrina Softwares before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that the matter can be investigated and resolved where possible.
Nothing in this section limits any rights a customer may have under applicable law or the rules of the relevant payment provider.
Yekrina Softwares may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. The updated version will become effective when published through the applicable website, application, or other official communication channel.
The policy applicable to a transaction will generally be the version in effect at the time of the relevant purchase, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, subject to any mandatory rights or protections provided by applicable law.
