This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and ("Yekrina Softwares," "We," or "Us") for the use of the software platform ("Software"). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install, access, or use the Software.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Yekrina Softwares grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual commercial license to:
This license is perpetual, meaning you may continue using the version of the Software you have licensed indefinitely, subject to the terms of this Agreement. Updates, support, and maintenance are provided according to the package or maintenance plan applicable to you.

The Software is licensed, not sold. Yekrina Softwares retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, source code, architecture, and proprietary modules. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to Yekrina Softwares trademarks, service marks, or logos.
All content you create using the Software including tours, images, client data, branding, and custom configurations remains your exclusive property. Yekrina Softwares claims no ownership over your business data or content.
Access to the source code of the Software is not included with standard licenses unless expressly stated in the applicable purchase agreement or license terms.
Enterprise clients may request source code access under a separate Source Code Transfer Agreement. Such agreements are subject to additional terms, fees, and legal conditions.
Modification of the Software is permitted only when you have obtained explicit source code access through a separate agreement. In such cases, all modifications must retain original copyright and proprietary notices.
Support, maintenance, and software updates are provided according to the package, subscription, maintenance plan, or purchase agreement applicable to you.
After your support period ends, your Software continues to function permanently. Renewals for continued updates and support are optional and available at competitive rates.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Either party may terminate this Agreement where the other party materially breaches its obligations and fails to remedy that breach within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession, except for archived data required for legal or regulatory compliance.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Yekrina Softwares disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
You assume full responsibility for the selection, installation, and use of the Software to achieve your intended results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yekrina Softwares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
In no event shall Yekrina Softwares total liability exceed the total fees paid by you for the Software during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tanzania.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Yekrina Softwares regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.
Yekrina Softwares reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Agreement on our website or notifying you directly via email. Your continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

All licenses granted under this Agreement explicitly permit commercial use for your business operations, including but not limited to tour operations, safari management, accommodation booking, and travel agency services. You may use the Software to generate revenue directly from your business activities.
