End User License Agreement (EULA) for With Yekrina Softwares
1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and ("Yekrina Softwares," "We," or "Us") for the use of the Content Management System ("Software"). 2. Grant of License

4. Ownership

5. Updates and Support
The Yekrina Softwares may provide updates, upgrades, or patches for the Software at its discretion. These updates may be automatically installed without prior notice. The Yekrina Softwares is not obligated to provide any support, maintenance, or updates for the Software. However, support may be available through community forums or paid plans.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Yekrina Softwares may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Yekrina Softwares disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability.

- Non-infringement.
- Accuracy or reliability of the Software.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Yekrina Softwares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

- Business interruption.
- Damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
9. Governing Law
